We participate in many private health insurance plans including, but not limited to: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Martins Point. For insurance and billing questions, please contact our office.
Will my Insurance cover Therapy?
It depends on the insurance plan. All insurance plans vary greatly. You should call your insurance company prior to your appointment and check your benefits.
Managed care (HMO) plans require a referral and authorization from your primary care physician. if you need a referral, please contact your PCP prior to your appointment and request a referral. The referral should be faxed to (207)-219-8301.
